E-Mailing Lists

The NTCAR Mailing List is an automatic mailing program which sends your e-mail message to hundreds of practicing professionals in one easy step. Members can use the NTCAR Mailing List to enhance their business marketing by sending email.

All members may join the NTCAR Mailing List to receive messages. Mailing List programs are used for information-sharing on topics that would be too specialized for general distribution. Any e-mail message sent to a specific mailing list is copied and mass-mailed to every person included on that list. Anyone receiving your message can then reply to your message or forward it to someone else.

All messages are monitored by NTCAR for suitable content. The lists are only intended for the marketing of commercial properties or finding suitable real estate for clients. Please do not use the lists for topics other than commercial real estate.

Send a Message

To send a message simply click the "Post Message" link of the appropriate mailing list. Make sure you are subscribed to the list that you are e-mailing. If you do not belong to the list join a list.

When sending a message to the list it will have a default subject line that corresponds with the list it is going to. Please leave this in the message header, you are able to add to the header with your own subject line, but the default subject line needs to be intact.

Messages are only to be submitted to one list. Multiple submissions of the same listing to different list will be deleted. In the case of land postings, they are allowed to go to two distribution lists.

Messages are limited to 512kb in size and cannot contain any executables.

Only post messages appropriate to the category specified, i.e. do not send industrial property messages in the office or retail categories. Abuse of this system will result in the deletion of your e-mail from the system.

To Remove Yourself From a List
To remove yourself from a particular list you must "Unsubscribe" your e-mail address from the appropriate mailing list. Do this by clicking on one of the following links.
