Data Exchange
The NTCDX is a member-controlled
commercial real estate listing and information system.
The database consists of over 23,000 office, industrial and retail
properties and 10,000 active listings in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.
Direct lease, sublease and investment property information is tracked in the
system. Information on the
available listings is maintained by NTCDX’s locally based research team and
individual property representatives.
The
Membership
The Association’s members represent a cross section of the
commercial real estate industry, including brokers, leasing professionals,
developers, owners, consultants appraisers, property managers, and other
affiliated commercial real estate professionals, such as mortgage bankers, title
companies, architects, design professionals, law
firms and economic development entities.
