Easier Navigation is Key to CDX® Version 6.0

Excitement continues to build as the release of 6.0 draws near. The newest release of the CDX promises to be faster and easier to navigate.  The new HOME PAGE is one of the major changes you will see. This page will serve as a portal connecting you to many of the more commonly used functions of the CDX.

 NO MORE POP-UP MESSAGES – All the screens that used to appear as pop-ups during the login process have been consolidated into one (1) ALERTS AND REMINDERS box. Reminders to update your listings as well as any customer support messages from Xceligent will appear in this box. You will only see a pop-up window if your listings are over 30 days old.

(2) QUICK LINKS – The more commonly used features will now be just one click away. Start a Search or Add a Listing right from your Home Page.

(3) MY CDX contains actions and settings that are user specific. You can view and/or verify your own listings as well as change your system preferences right from here.

(4) All Enhanced PRODUCTS – CDXMail, Tenant ProspeX, and SiteTraX will be available directly from this page.

(5) NEW/CHANGED LISTINGS allows you to monitor changes to the marketplace based on your individual preferences.

(6) SAVED SEARCH CRITERIA and (7) SAVED SEARCH RESULTS will show the five most recently used Criteria or Results. And the WHAT’S NEW will show any changes to your search since the last time you ran the search.

You have told us what we need to make the CDX better, and we are delivering. The CDX will continue to be a product developed by the real estate community for the real estate community.
